Leaping to Glory is a video produced by the GIO to promote Taipei and Kaohsiung. In summer 2009 Kaohsiung will host the World Games and Taipei will host the Deaflympics. This is a wonderful opportunity for Taiwan to be in the spotlight on the world stage.
