To set this field goto "My account -> Edit, then click on the category "Revenue sharing information" and enter your Google ID on "Google AdSense client ID", which is something like "pub-9999999999999", and click Submit. Make sure that you've entered your Google ID correct, beginning with "pub-", or the revenue sharing will not work.
