scene inside the Lin Family Gardens

Located in Banqiao the Lin Family Gardens and Mansion were built by the Lin family in the 19th century. They fell into disrepair, but in recent years they have been restored and serve as an excellent example of traditional Chinese architecture. The gardens are located at 9 Ximen Street, Banqiao (板橋市西門街9號). You can walk there in about ten minutes from the Fuzhong MRT Station (付中捷運站).
