VISA for teaching in Taiwan

First off, Awesome website! Very informative!

I’ve been teaching/ tutoring English here in mainland China for almost 3 years now (time flies!), but still never checked out Taiwan. I would really like to find a summer job there (probably teaching but I'm open) so I can save a little money while experiencing a new place. I've been studying Chinese recently, so I would also like to check into some schools while I'm there. What about getting a visa for a couple of months. . is that difficult?

Any suggestions/ advice?

Argentinean citizen, can I get ARC in Taiwan?

I'm Argentinean citizen, married to South African and residing in South Africa but I'm still traveling with my Argentinean passport.
I have a degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires.
Can I apply for ARC in taiwan ?
