Taiwan travel costs
I'm looking into travel to Taiwan for a month in the end of this summer. I'm trying to figure out what the cost of traveling there for so long would cost. I searched other sites but the latest info I could find by bloggers is from early 2007. much has changed since then, in world economics and the worth of the dollar.
Is there anyway you can help me and others get a clearer picture about the cost of travel?

Traveling in Taiwan should be relatively cheap for you, as Taiwan prices haven't changed much and even with the new currency rate I think you'll find Taiwan very affordable. You can take a look at http://www.taiwanderful.net/guides/living-costs-taiwan , see the costs and translate them to dollars with www.xe.com . I'd be happy to give you some "average" prices for more specific things, and please also indicate what "class" you're looking at. Taiwan can accommodate well both the poor backpacker and the 5 stars folks.
