Taiwan Best Blog Awards - reduce number of categories
I suggest reducing the number of categories to just three or four. It's going to look a bit lame if you have a "Winner" in a given category that only got 27 votes.

27 votes is okay, or any other number, as long as the Taiwanese blogosphere will enjoy more exposur and readers will get to know new Taiwan blogs. There is nothing scientific about this blog awards, and it's intended for out enjoyment, so any result would be okay.
The 8 categories seem like a more reasonable categorization for the long run. We keep track of over a 150 blogs, most of which no body ever heard about. Hopefully, someday, they'll be in here, and then maybe 8 categories would seem too small.
