More questions

Hi again. I've been trying since last night to add an image to the "blog description" field on the blog I submitted, but each time I hit the "submit" button, it comes out looking the same (with my image at the top and bottom of the blog directory listing).

This afternoon, I noticed that the e-mail addresses of all but about 4 or 5 bloggers were visible on the blog directory page even though the "edit" page says:
- - -
The e-mail address is not made public
- - -

I hope you can help.

There are two email fields.
One is in your account, no one will ever see that.
There’s another one that you entered when submitting your blog, this will be shown to the world and can be left blank.

If you don’t want it to show, just delete it from your blog entry (not your account). Some bloggers want their readers to be able to contact them, and provide a different contact email. This email will only be displayed to humans, not robots (Javascript encryption), to fight SPAM.

Regarding the image, the top image is the image from your account, it will show up on everything that you submit with your username. The bottom image is the image submitted for your blog entry. If they are the same, it will come up twice. If you’re asking about something else, please let me know.

Still no success

Fili,

Thanks for the info. I've followed your instructions to the best of my ability, and I've tried everything I can think of on my own, but I still can't get the image to show up on the Blog Directory page.

Looking again at what you wrote in your reply above ("The bottom image is the image submitted for your blog entry."), I tried adding the image to a blog entry just now. I still don't see it on the Blog Directory page.
Here's that entry:
http://www.taiwanderful.net/blog/taiwan-matters-banner

That page shows how I would like my two images to appear.
It also seems that some of the "rich text" functions work but not others. I see the italic text I wanted, for example, but not the words I colored green and red.

Can you tell me the URL of the page where I need to go to make the changes I want?

Thanks,

Tim
