HELP!

I m a HR exec in Singapore. Recently need to create letter of offer for my subsidiary in Taiwan.

Unfortuately they told me I need to give them a Chinese letter of offer instead of english version.

Please let me know if it's Taiwan law tht I need to provide a chinese letter of offer? Since they are our subsidiary, is it true tht they dont need to follow HQ in procedures n policies?

Can anyone pls help me?

I am not really knowledgable

I am not really knowledgable about corporate law in Taiwan. You might have a better chance of getting an answer from the legal forums at Forumosa.com. Alternatively try contacting the relevant government department or the Taipei Representative Office in Singapore.
