Hi,
I'm planning on cycling along the east coast, highway 11, from Taitung to Hualien. We are amateur cyclists so we're going to give it a few days to complete it but we're having difficulty finding cheap accomodation options along the way. We dont't have a tent but we'd be open to anything, ideally around Chenggong and Fongbin.
