I'm looking to join a hiking club in Taiwan! Do you know of any good ones?

523 Hiking Club

You can also check for information about hikes in the events forum at Forumosa.com.

Actually there are many hiking clubs all over Taiwan. You can ask a Taiwanese person to recommend one for you.
