Booking Train Tickets

Hi, I was trying to book 4 tickets to Taichung Train station today using their online Train booking system. However, I have an error: Order Ticket Fail: Seat not enough. What is going on? Does it mean that the seats are all taken up?

Please advise if there is any other transporation to Taichung Train station. I need to arrive there before 8am this Saturday.

buses to Taichung

I have never tried to book train tickets online so I can't really help you much there.

As for alternative ways of getting to Taichung there are lots of buses that run. The buses take about two hours if the traffic is not heavy. There is an intercity bus station near Taipei Main Station (west side) and buses for Taichung also leave from a few other places around the city.
