HELLO! im a singaporean aspired to study in taiwan and i have a few questions.

1. does NTU recognise A level cert?
2. if it does recognise, how high should my grades be if i wanna do political science or economics?
3. am i able to defer if i apply for 2009 as I'm serving my national service until 2010.

would really appreciate if one could answer my question and provide more info on study in taiwan. thank you!!!
